Types of commissions

PRICE LIST

  • + 2x for each extra character.

  • + $20~$200 for non-flat background.

  • + $50~ for outfit complexity.

  • + $50~$100 for each alternative outfit.

  • + $50~$100 for each alternative version.

  • 2x price for commercial rights. (A commercial order is more expensive because the customer buys the right to use art for profit (printing merch, using art in commercial projects, etc.)

 

  • + 1.3x for private commission.

  • + $100 for cutting to animate my art

Terms and Conditions

1. ILLUSTRATION

INFO

  • ~Canvas: ~A3 - 300 DPI (3508x4961px)

  • You can choose - vertical or horizontal art.

  • Your commission MAY BE posted as my Patreon/Twitter/DA, etc. page content.

  • Commissions may be done at any moment.

Personal Usage

  • The commissions are not to be printed, resold, multiplied, or used in any way that could bring income unless agreed otherwise.

  • You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.

  • You may use the commision for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.

  • You may not post the original full-sized file online.

  • You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.

  • You may print the commission for your personal use (single copy).

Commercial Usage​

  • The commission may be used in a type of commercial usage that was agreed on.

  • The client should give credit to the artist in their social media biographies and Twitch and/or YouTube channel descriptions

  • You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.

  • You may use the commision for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.

  • You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.

 

Aritst rights

  • If the commission is a fanart, I will be able to use it for patreon/prints/artbooks etc.

  • If the commission is your original character, I will still use it for patreon content that doesn't include PSD file and full-sized illust.

  • If I ever want to use your commission outside of these rules, I will do it only with your permission.

  • I have the right to post the commission online unless there’s a due date (eg. birthdays, release date), then I will wait accordingly.

  • I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogs.

 

Process

  • The payment is made through donate on Boosty.

  • Commissions may be done at any moment.

  • The commission may take up to 4 months to be finished, depending on many factors such as other commercial commissions and the order of commissions. In case of any delays due to health problems etc., you will get notified.

  • If you need the commission on a specific date, please do inform me. This may incur additional charges depending on my workload.

  • I will send you a sketch or multiples to choose from and approve. You must apply the most crucial corrections during this phase.

  • If you want a WIP during the lineart stage, you must let me know. It is not sent by default.

  • You may apply a maximum of 2 separate corrections if it is after the sketch phase. Any additional corrections will require an additional charge.

  • Changing the whole pose is not possible once I start linearting. 

  • You can ask for fixes/ any small changes for free

  • you can suggest your ideas

  • we can additionally discuss your / my ideas at all stages of the drawing

  • You will receive the full-sized illustration without a watermark. In the case of solo character art, you will also receive a transparent version.​

  • If I ever fail to meet the deadline for the commission, I’ll be contacting the client as soon as possible to state the reason for an extension. If the client refuses the deadline extension, I shall be issuing a refund.

  • absolutely not file for Boosty disputes and chargebacks and agree to contacting me first for refunds and corrections on your commission

  • Updates for the commission will be sent through Discord.

  • The commission is considered done once the final work has been delivered and client has given approval or if the client hasn’t replied within 48 hours.

5. REFUNDS

  • You may cancel the commission without any charges, if the payment hasn’t been made yet.

  • You may request a refund, if the commission hasn’t yet been started 3 months after ordering.

  • I do not refund the commission once I’ve started working on it (sketch).

2. LIVE2D MODEL​

Usage

  • You may use your Live2D model in commercial manners that bring income.

  • You may use the commision for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.

  • The client should give credit to the artist in their social media biographies and Twitch and/or YouTube channel descriptions

  • You may not post the original full-sized .PSD/png file online.

Rights

  • I do not allow additional outfits to be added to the existing model by a different artist.

  • I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogue.

  • You may not modify the model yourself nor order anyone else to edit it.

  • You do not claim the authorship of the artwork itself.

  • You must credit me as your model artist in socials/streaming platforms bio and include my twitter socials.

  • The artist is NOT allowed to reuse textures drawn by another artist.

  • The artist is NOT allowed to modify and resell an already completed model commission.

 

Process

  • The payment is made through donate on Boosty.

  • The commission will be started only after the invoice payment has been made.

  • The average time for a Live2D completion is a month but it can take longer depending on communications with the respective rigger artist.

  • I will first send you the sketch to approve. You must apply most crucial corrections during this phase. I will be sending updates from there on from time to time.

  • Changing the whole design is not possible once I start linearting. 

  • You can ask for fixes/ any small changes for free

  • we can additionally discuss your / my ideas at all stages of the drawing

  • You will receive the full-sized illustration without a watermark, .PSD file with all elements being rig-ready.

​3. TWITCH/DISCORD EMOTES/CHIBI/STICKER ART

  • Emotes you purchase are non-commercial and only for personal use.

  • You do not own the copyright of the art, just the right to use them on listed platforms (twitch/discord/twitter).

  • If you are interested in reselling the art as merch, you will have to pay 50% additional regarding buying the rights (you can choose any size).

  • Fast shipment costs additional 50% of the order price

  • The client should give credit to the artist in their social media biographies and Twitch and/or YouTube channel descriptions

4. PAYMENT

  • You can choose to perform the payment in the following ways:
    1) Full payment upfront
    2) Half of the payment upfront, and half once the sketch is approved
    In either case, I will not continue until the payment is received.
